Yin Yoga
Some practices ask you to move. This one asks you to stay. Yin Yoga is a slow, floor-based practice where poses are held for several minutes at a time, long enough for the body to genuinely release, not just stretch. While most movement practices work with muscle, Yin works deeper, targeting the connective tissues, joints, and fascia that hold years of tension, stress, and unprocessed experience. There is nothing to perform here. No strength required, no flexibility needed. Just you, a mat, and the radical act of letting the body lead.
What to expect
Each class moves through a gentle sequence of supported floor poses held for three to five minutes each. Blankets, bolsters, and blocks are available to help you find ease in each shape. A brief meditation or breathwork practice opens and closes the class, creating space to arrive fully and leave feeling genuinely settled.
Who it’s for
Anyone navigating stress, burnout, grief, or simply the pace of modern life. Yin is especially supportive during times of transition — when the body needs rest more than it needs effort.
All levels welcome. No prior yoga experience necessary.
