Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini is unlike any yoga you've tried before — and that's exactly the point. This is a practice of energy, breath, and awakening. Through dynamic movement, breathwork (pranayama), chanting, and meditation, Kundalini works to move stuck energy through the body and activate what's already alive within you. It is ancient, potent, and surprisingly accessible — you don't need a flexible body, just a willingness to show up and breathe. Classes at The Bridge are held in the spirit of community and inquiry. Expect to feel something. Expect to leave different than you arrived.

What to expect

Each class includes a kriya — a specific sequence of postures, breath, and sound designed to work on a particular aspect of the body or mind — followed by a deep relaxation and meditation. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. White is traditional but never required.

Who it’s for

Seekers. People who feel there is more beneath the surface and want a practice that goes there. Those navigating big life shifts, spiritual curiosity, or a desire to feel more alive in their own body.
