Breath, Meditation and Sound with Ayu

Fridays 6-7PM
Starting November 6

An invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself through breathwork, guided meditation, and the healing vibrations of sound.

This immersive practice weaves together conscious breathing, moments of stillness, and the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments. Together, these elements create space to release tension, quiet the mind, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm and presence.

There is nothing to achieve and no experience required. Simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to be guided.

What to expect

Ayu will gently guide you through breathwork and meditation, with live sound woven throughout the experience. You'll be invited to explore your breath, settle into your body, and rest comfortably as the sounds and vibrations surround you.

Each session lasts 60 minutes, offering time to step away from the demands of everyday life and return to yourself.

What to bring: A yoga mat, blanket, and water bottle. A pillow and eye mask are optional for added comfort.

Who it’s for

This class is for anyone seeking a moment of stillness, deeper relaxation, or a more meaningful connection with themselves.

Whether you're navigating everyday stress, exploring meditation and breathwork for the first time, or simply looking for a peaceful way to end your week, this practice welcomes you exactly where you are.

No prior experience with meditation, breathwork, or sound practices is needed.
